Artlogic alternative: Gallarix
By Eliran Yihye, Founder and CEO.
A good alternative to Artlogic depends on which part of Artlogic you use. If you run a working gallery and need inventory, collector records, sales and invoicing in one place, Artlogic is a mature choice and Gallarix is not a replacement yet. If you want a 3D viewing room, AI-assisted artwork descriptions and a collector storefront, Gallarix is built around exactly that.
Gallarix is built and run by Cuanto Labs, a software studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, so we have a stake in this comparison. We have kept to what Artlogic publishes on its own site, listed under Sources, and to what is in the Gallarix code.

When Artlogic is the better choice
- You need a system of record today. Artlogic positions itself as a platform for managing inventory, contacts, sales and payments. Gallarix keeps its sample inventory in the browser and has no persistence layer yet.
- Your gallery has a team and a sales process. Artlogic lists sales pipeline management, offer tracking and reporting on its Professional plan, and a dedicated account manager on Expert. Gallarix has none of these.
- You sell across currencies or locations. Artlogic lists multiple currencies on every full platform plan and multi-location tooling on Expert.
- You want a vendor with a track record. Artlogic says more than 6,000 galleries, artists and collectors use it. Gallarix is a newer product from a small studio.
When Gallarix fits better
- The viewing room is the product. Gallarix renders a walkable 3D room in the browser with React Three Fiber and lowers texture size, shadows and animated objects on phones and tablets.
- You publish digital art and write a lot of copy. The dashboard generates artwork descriptions and tags, event descriptions and marketing email drafts with Google Gemini, and suggests pricing for a work.
- You want a concierge for collectors. The Gallarix Concierge answers questions using the live inventory as context.
- You want to see how it works first. The collector view and the director dashboard are both available on the Gallarix home page, and the engineering write-up explains the architecture and its limits.
A reasonable setup for some galleries is both: a management platform for the back office and a separate immersive viewing experience for collectors. Gallarix does not import from Artlogic or sync with it.
How to choose
Start with the job you need done this quarter. If it is moving records out of spreadsheets, tracking consignments, sending offers and issuing invoices, shortlist full gallery management platforms such as Artlogic and compare their current plans. If it is giving collectors a more memorable way to walk a show, or cutting the time spent writing descriptions and campaign drafts, try the Gallarix demo and judge the viewing room on your own phone.
Whichever you pick, ask the vendor for a trial or a demo with your own artwork data before you commit, and confirm current plan limits and prices on their site, because both change.
FAQ
- What is a good alternative to Artlogic?
- It depends on what you need. Artlogic is a full gallery management platform, so a like-for-like alternative needs inventory, contacts, sales and invoicing. Gallarix is a lighter option for galleries that want a 3D viewing room, AI-assisted artwork descriptions and a collector storefront, and it does not yet replace the back office.
- Can Gallarix replace Artlogic for a working gallery?
- Not today. The Gallarix dashboard keeps inventory, events and campaigns in a browser store seeded with sample data, the contacts, invoices and settings panels are marked as coming soon, and the checkout is a demo flow. A gallery that needs persistent records, consignments or accounting should choose Artlogic.
- Does Gallarix have a 3D viewing room?
- Yes. Gallarix renders a walkable 3D viewing room in the browser with WebGL, using React Three Fiber, and adapts quality for phones and tablets.
- How much does Gallarix cost compared with Artlogic?
- Artlogic lists plans from about 156 pounds a month for the Essential gallery plan and from about 311 pounds a month for Professional, with Expert on request, as of October 2026. Gallarix does not publish plans or prices yet, so there is no price comparison to make.
